Robert Pattinson: ‘Fame is Still a Novelty’
ROBERT Pattinson admits he still finds fame a “novelty” but insists he will quit acting if he’s still having to hide out in hotel rooms ten-years from now.
The British actor — who became a household name playing vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie franchise — says he doesn’t like sacrificing his private life.

“Fame’s such a novelty to me still,” Pattinson, 23, told reporters at the London premiere of Twilight sequel New Moon.
“If I’m still stuck in hotel rooms in ten years and I haven’t figured out any other way to deal with it other than hiding, it probably would annoy me a little bit.
“I guess I’ll see what it’s like in the next two or three years.”
R-Patz says the things he misses most about normal life are “open mic nights” and “driving”.
