To you, it might be offensive but the blogger has a purpose and from the look of it, it could be that he wanted to show the world the brutality of the Maguindanao massacre. I also think that these photos are shocking but your suggestion of blurring them doesn't do any good either. Due to the brutality of the Maguindanao massacre, the victims could hardly be recognized. I believe showing the world how they've been killed intensifies the feeling of disgust to the culprits.
